Dr. Memon listened to my concerns and put me at ease. I felt that we together addressed everything i needed to. the office itself is clean and comfortable and i loved how friendly the front desk staff is.
The receptionists were really kind and helpful.
The new front desk staff has been wonderful, professional, kind, and quick to respond. Mazin and Jessica are super approachable. My overall experience has been excellent, and I highly recommend Dr. Memon and this practice.
I'm super disappointed in this practice....I really hate that I'm even taking this to Google but I feel I'm not quite sure who I can air my grievances with at this point! I really can't blame the providers because they are not the one's who are coordinating scheduling or are doing the primary communicating with patients but I'm feeling quite defeated..... I have called the practice twice since the end of May wanting to explore my options with returning to my prior psychiatrist and paying out of pocket since she is not in net... read more
