I truly enjoy working with Dr. Afzul. However, since the transition to the new practice, it has been very frustrating trying to get in contact with anyone to schedule an appointment. I was able to arrange a follow-up visit, but unfortunately, no physician attended the appointment. Would love to know what is going on with this place. How are you psychiatrists and giving out some serious medications and then no one ever answers the phone? If you leave a message no one still gets back to you. There is only 1 phone number that I know of. No email to get in touch with anyone and on the message when you call it says they will get back to you by the next business day and they don’t even do that, or it tells you to call 911. . This is horrendous. Way to leave people hanging and not knowing what to do.
Dr Malik was so caring and I feel he is going to help me through this horrific situation. Mckenzie was so caring also. I am so happy I found them both.
My wife and I love Dr Malik. We are parents to an Autistic Adult son. Dr Malik is very knowledgeable of the Autism Medications and is a big help. Thank you
