Fantastic Service! – I had my first ever massage the other day and absolutely loved it. Mind and Body Day Spa came highly recommended to me from many different people and i can honestly say they did not disappoint. From the minute i walked in the door i was greeted by a lovely receptionist who was very kind and very hospitable. The atmosphere in the spa is very soothing and calming. AWFUL SPA! BE AFRAID – DO NOT EVERY GO TO THIS SPA! I was in the hydrotub and when they turned the jets on, this RUST color solution came out in the water. The technician did not see it but I did. I was afraid at a minimum it was disinfectant. She got me in the shower and I had to shout for a clean robe she promised me while I was showering whatever this was off of me. So BAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! – Ok so I have been here several times and everytime there is something that makes me say oh I am never going to go back. However, because I am so nice I went back two more times after my first expereince. My first time I went in I booked my appointment with someone by the name of Joanne, she was very abrupt and they also required a credit card to hold my apointment, which is usually a big no no, but I was in major need of a massage and facial. A great sanctuary! – I received a gift card for a day at the spa from my husband and WOW, I am so thankful. I received one of the best massages I have ever had in my life, got a really thorough and relaxing facial, and the mani/pedi was fabulous. By the time I left I felt like I was floating and that night I slept so good. It was a wonderful day and I will definitely be back!

best massage ever – wow. i have never had a bad experience at this spa. I am totally surprised by these nasty reviews. I've had several facials and I have used several of the massage therapists, mostly been seeing Karen. She is extremely pleasant and I found that her techinque has helped me with my neck and back pain. All are highly capable and professional, and i highly recommend Mind and Body.

OMG.....Stay far away! – Don't go there. The massage was just ok, probably the least enjoyable and effective of any I have ever had. It was a gift from my husband for valentines day. I won't let him know how bad it was but I won't be able to hide the eyebrows! There were guys yelling through the wall throughout the massage. The worst part was the fact that the "head anesthetician" destroyed my eyebrows. She almost plucked and scissored them off completely. It's about time! – I surprised my husband with a trip to the spa for both of us. A friend recommended we try a new spa in Alpharetta called Mind & Body. I have to say that they have 2 customers for life now! I've always enjoyed going to the spa but too often they make me feel like I'm in a factory. Here, we really were made to feel like VIPs. We did a couples massage followed by their Eminence Facial they were FABULOUS! Highly recommed this place in every way.
