Best Spa in Alpharetta I have been a loyal Mind and Body Day Spa junkie for just over a year now. I travel a lot and have had spa services all over the world. I like Mind and Body because every service I have had there has been great and the people at the front give great customer service. They always make me feel welcome. My new favorites are Nadine for facials and Javier for massages.
Simply Amazing I will be returning regularly to Mind and Body Day Spa in spite of the fact that I live over an hour away. I need regular doses of stress relief and Stephanie gives a great massage!
Best Massage I've ever had The atmosphere is relaxing. The staff was very courteous and discrete. They honored my sensitivity to fragrances. The massage was so-o-o-o wonderful, and skimping on the time.
What a ripoff! What a ripoff! For the price you pay you would expect a top of the line experience. My husband and I had a terrible experience....TWICE because we could not get our money back! . I had a massage with what was supposed to be a 30 minute Shirodara oil treatment and head massage. They poured hot oil on my head for 10 minutes. They poured hot oil in my eyes and I had blurry vision for the rest of the day... and there was no head massage at all...just oil on my head and in my eyes... and then charged me $65 additio... read more
The BEST spa in Atlanta. Hands down the best massage I have ever received. Their water tables are such a different and worthwhile experience that I booked a couples massage for my next anniversary. Appointments aren't always easy to get, but it's worth the wait and their prices are very reasonable. I definitely recommend them!
Stress relieving day I would strongly recommend this day spa as it is one of the best for helping you relax from a busy day. The price is good and you can choose what service you would like to have.

Mind and Body Spa is wonderful – I have been a customer of Mind and Body Spa for 2 and a half years and have experienced consistently great service. I am always greeted at the door and offered a naturally flavored water. My asthecian greets me promptly and for the next hour I am so relaxed and pampered. One of the best parts is that people comment on how good my skin looks! Give them a try, I know you will be happy you did.
