Good service but too sales pitchy – I had microdermabrasion and saw really amazing results a few days later. However, it was almost not worth it because the esthetician spent the entire time grilling me as to which products i used, berating each one, and selling me on theirs. Afterwards when I went to check out, she had products all lined up and when I asked to maybe try samples first, she was like no you have to buy them and they'll work better than the crap you use. Amazing Spa – I have been to alot of SPA's in GA - but MIND, BODY and SPA exceeded my expectations. It was amazing. From the staff and personal touches from Karen , they provided the utmost comfort, relaxation and soothing astmosphere in their Bliss Room and the Full Body Deep Tissue Couples massage was Heaven. I was left "speechless". Definitely a place I would recommend to everyone and looking forward to my next appointment
Rena gives a great deep tissue massage – Recently I visited M & B and received the best massage I have ever had from Rena (I have had several over the years)! Her knowledge is extensive & her touch is soothing. My overall experience was great. The staff was friendly and hardly no wait, which wouldn't have mattered because I had my complementary hot tea to enjoy. Thanks for the wonderful experience, I will be back for sure.
Great place, good customer service – My wife recently went to this spa and got one of the best Swedish massages she had ever received. Staff was pleasant to deal with and very experienced. Customer service was very accomodating and easy to work with. Great business and I would recommend.
Good spa, but pushy with the products – I went to this spa recently for a pedicure. The pedicure itself was great--lots of attention was paid to sanitation, wonderful foot/leg massage, great job on polish. Unfortunately, the pedicure was constantly interrupted with long explanations of the products she was using. Each item from the sugar scrub to the lotion was given its own sales pitch. Great deep tissue massage by Karen – I just had my 2nd deep tissue massage by Karen. She really worked out the tightness around my shoulder blades and neck. She also did a great job on my hamstrings. I would definitely recommend Karen, especially to athletes. I haven't had any other services at Mind & Body to comment on. If you join the email list, they sometimes send out specials that make the massages more affordable.
DO NOT TRUST THIS SPA – Conclusion: I will never step foot in this spa and I will never recommend anyone to step foot into this spa. I somewhat call myself a spa "Connoisseur"(i've been going to spas for 8+years and more than 1 time a month). I know that at the end of a service, if you leave smiling and feeling refreshed you sure as hell got your $$'s worth. Thought I was alone... – It was a bad experience for me as well. Based on the reviews below - i thought I was the only one who felt this way, i'm glad to know that there are others out there. If you want the BEST go here! – This spa was not only amazing customer service, everyone that worked there really knew what they were talking about. Even the front desk workers. I asked Jennifer about some of the products and she nailed each description down and made me really interested. They immediatley asked me for hot tea or water and made me feel at home.
