Update: The office contacted me and showed genuine concern about my review. I met with Dr. Wariboko in person and she couldn’t have been more delightful. She’s very thorough and caring, listened to my concerns. I understand now that there was a miscommunication, which happens sometimes. I have no doubt that she is an excellent and caring cardiologist. I had an appointment set up through mychart and was informed on that app to sign in 30 minutes prior to my 4pm appointment. I signed in at 3:30, filled out required questionnaire and then checked back in at 3:39pm to “join conversation” with the doctor. At 4:22pm, after 43 minutes of being on E-hold, I was called by staff to inform me that Dr. Wariboko does not use MyChart, and instead uses Zoom, and I will receive a text message in 30 more minutes to connect.
