Disappointing! The old Mimi's is a mere she'll of its former self. Poor quality filet and worse, 10 day old scallops the size of quarters overcooked and mealy! That was our last time. It was nice that the manager reduced the price of the filet and scallop dinner to $7. However, I'd have rather had a quality meal and paid for it.
Pleasant atmosphere and staff. Great food, decent pricing.
Horrible!!!! My husband and I just left this place after 48 minutes without any food! And there were a grand total of 7 people in the restaurant. We were trying to give this place a second chance after a horrible experience 4 years ago. Needless to say that was a mistake. The two waitresses were chatting the entire time not caring that we were just sitting there without the cold salad that comes with dinner. Literally the worst dining experience I've ever had. One bad apple can spoil the barrel and his name is Diego and he's the manager. 38 minutes just to get our drinks and that only happened that quickly because I followed him to the bar to get our drinks. He had a terrible attitude and ran off the waitress that was trying to help us. She would have been great but she was afraid of getting in terrible with him for being nice to us. If you're heading to Mimi's Steakhouse in the Greenville area, don't trust that you have reservations for a large party or your special event may just get tossed aside like ours did tonight. Apparently "Reservation" there doesn't mean what reservation means to the rest of us. So much for the surprise 18th birthday party for my nephew. #NoRoomInTheDojo
