The service department at this location is the absolute WORSE! My appointment was at 9 and the service advisor told me that was just my time in the bay to get checked in. What is the purpose of an appointment if you have to wait all day! There are people who have been here since and 8:00 and their car is still sitting outside waiting to be serviced!
