Takendra Hankerson is the best. She work diligently to get my mom and brother the best deals possible. She never gave up, even when things were slim. I highly recommend speaking with her if you are in need of professional help.
Do not take your vehicle to the Chrysler service department. They are horrible. They are not honest and completely unreliable. They do not honor appointment times, and then they dont even bother to call you and let you know they are running late. I believe her name is Lara, at the desk is beyond rude and talks to you like you are stupid. They said they fixed something in my vehicle, but they didn't and because of this lie, my family was left in a very dangerous situation, stranded. Run away!
