The car was fine, great sales rep. I started experiencing my rear view camera showing a solid white screen, and sometimes a solid black screen saying ‘Service Rear Camera’. I took the car in about three weeks ago, they immediately new the issue, i need a new camera. Okay, cool. My appointment was for yesterday, they put in it. and not even 24 hours later, the same issue is happening. Yes, the car was bought BRAND new off the lot. and i haven’t had the car for a year yet.
Buying a car ok, BUT don't go to the SEVERICE DEPARTMENT. The WORST customer service and the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL Manager I ever seen. Just take your Chevy some where else. All this department cares about is how deep they can go in your wallet
