I have been a customer for years and the sales team is awesome but I cannot recommend the service department. I made my appointment online because my check engine light was on. The earliest I could get in was two weeks. Since it was going to take that long I also scheduled my routine maintenance and an oil change also. I made the appointment and arrived early. I’ve purchased my car from this location, great experience with Vic. Needed diagnostics, made appt, dropped car off Wednesday BEFORE my appt time and was told may take a day. Fine. No one called Thursday for any updates. I called for an update and was told my car have not even been looked at yet and the technician wasn’t available and maybe be done by Saturday!!! Then calls back to say she check the schedule and will not be until Monday!!! You will not lose your spot if you come and get it and bring back Monday. Wtf, my spot... read more

I highly recommend this dealership. I have bought 2 cars from this dealership in the past year and both times they have been super fair and made the transaction smooth. I just bought my 2020 Traverse and my Philipp Moore was so great. He was so kind and made sure our needs were heard and taken care of.
