I purchased a Colorado last week. Both Philipp Moore and Brendan Bauser were great to work with me on getting this vehicle. They were direct with me and didn’t throw around silly salesman tactics. Went in on Wednesday to purchase a new car for my wife. Asked the salesman Brendan to only run credit with Capital One, since we had a pre-approval. They ran credit with everyone ! My wife and I sat in the dealership for 6 hours. picked out the car, test drove it, did all paperwork, switched personal things from one car to another. Was told we had an approval with Capital One, then was told that we weren't approved with CapitalOne, so they kept submitting the credit application against our wishes. I did not like that. Mike Kirkey helped us get in and out with no problem! this is our 2nd challenger that we have bought from Milton Ruben and we are always pleased with our servi e but Mike out did all the others. I had a bad accident in my first challenger and he was so kind to us. He got us the best deal and told some great stories to us. We felt very comfortable with him. Thanks Mike...I love my new car.
Milton Reuben absolutely has the worst service department. I booked an appointment physically talked to an advisor about the nature of my appointment but when arrived at my appointment today information was not the same as before. They diagnosed nothing wrong with my vehicle just the same problems I told them but request 4 hours just to put it on the diagnostic machine once again after stating they didn’t see any issues. ANY service needs DON’T come here
