RecommendedBrody was right there at the check in counter to start the procedure. In less than five minutes the car was back in being serviced. He told me about some Toyota recommended procedures which I turned down. He also told me the filters were in good shape and did not need to be changed. They could have told me they needed to be changed and I would have not known the difference. Brody wiped out my car and told me how he liked the looks of it. Sam Mc

I could not be more disappointed in my Lakeland Toyota experience. A few months ago now I purchased a slightly used vehicle that had some minor maintenance items that needed to be addressed. My salesman asked that I just call to schedule at my convenience. For a week straight I was bounced back and forth between sales and service with each saying I needed to schedule with the other.
