Always a positive experience when I take my vehicle in for service. Sherry Raulerson, service advisor is terrific coordinating everything and making service is completed in a timely manner. Five Stars in my opinion!

I came in on 1/2 for a basic service and rear breaks and had them look at my tail light. The total came to $310.91. Later when I was looking at my bank statement I noticed two identical charges, one right after the other, from Toyota of Puyallup with two different transaction numbers. I have called FOUR different times now (1/9, 1/11, and twice today) to get SOMEONE to talk to me and I keep getting told that whoever handles those issues is unavailable and to leave a message. Better have your own financing b/c no zero percent exists for new trucks. According to the sign trucks are not new vehicles. Lol. Trickery with words got this 26 year vet the worst percentage rate available. Yup Toyota got me good.
