RecommendedHad some issues that we felt were being ignored or excuses made. My husband in his frustration complained to the right man who listened and cared He referred Rick to the head over service department. Rick and he had a long talk and issue was addressed and fixed within 48 hours. We were impressed! But it’s going to take awhile to completely get over that feeling of just being pushed along and ignored. However I must say this an excellent step in the right direction Thank you

RecommendedI got my Camry 4 year's ago. I came to trade it in. They switched everything to a car they basically said I had. Little did I know they didn't have a approval yet. I was denied and everything all had to be changed back and I left disappointed. I feel they should not of switched it until I had an approval. I will come back soon and try again. I did bring my daughter and she was approved and got a nice car. Thank you.

RecommendedWe just bought our second Toyota from Performance. The first was a Sienna in 2016, certified used. We just purchased a new 2021 Camry from Rashawn and we could not be more pleased with the car and service he provided. We even love the service department at Performance. We love our Toyota’s and Performance Toyota!

RecommendedAn honest experience. Which when dealing with a dealership is always a nice thing. My service advisor was professional. We walked around my truck. Talked about options and I signed off. The best part in my opinion is for the most part they don’t try to upsell you so much so you don’t want to deal with them. They recommend things that actually matter in terms of replacement.
