My first time visiting this office, I had to wait over 30 dayds for this appointment. My appointment was at 12:30pm. Arrived 15 minutes early all the paper work completed. I asked if my appointment was on time was told yes. There's a patient in the room you're next. At 1:35pm I ask the front desk staff how long was the wait, her response was there's a patient in the room we waiting for the patient to leave your next. This is for the front desk and appointment line. I made an appointment for the follow up 5 years later. I went to my appointment and front desk and the office manager told that I don't have an appointment. Keep it mind, when I madebthe appointment I give the my new insurance information and I wasbtold who I was going to see for this follow (Jason PA) The office manager want me to schedule a later appointment or go back at the end of the day. Although Jason Leader is an excellent dr, I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone. Like the other reviews say, hours to see the dr and then they cancelled my colonoscopy the day before after waiting months for that slot. The reschedule was almost 4 months later. You’re better off going to Gastro Health in Cooper City.

Me and my family had a terrible experience with this doctor in office. They canceled the colonoscopy one day before the event and rescheduled it 4 to 5 months later, absolutely unacceptable. Fast-forward a few months later the results of some of these test could’ve helped with some of the stuff we’re finding now. I would not trust this provider.
