I waited nearly an hour for a morning appointment. The people with afternoon appointments must have waited 2-3 hours. Had someone explained the delay, I might have been interested in scheduling another time. No such courtesy comes from this office. This practice takes on more work that it can handle, is poorly organized, and is managed By people with no concept of customer service. I suspect that Dr Zgonis was happy to have me lightened his case load for the day, by leaving without seeing him.

Very friendly office , polite staff .. Dr. Zgonis is always pleasant and willing to listen and figure out what he can do next to satisfy my medical needs.

A terrible experience! I had gone in with prolonged shoulder pain and there were two trainee doctors who first met with me and I will say that this was the only thing right about the appointment. Next Dr. Zygonis comes in and talks about his travels to the country I am originally from. He then asks where the pain was, I clearly pointed out the spots surrounding the rotator cuff as well as the rhomboid. Penn has the best doctors and staff that give the absolute greatest care. Dr. Zgonis performed a Meniscal Root tear repair just 7 weeks ago and today, I started walking without my crutches part of the time. Between Penn and my physical therapist, I could not be happier!!
