Ate at the Leeds location with my son today. We are never disappointed with a Milo's burger, fries, and sweet tea...simply the best!

I tried to eat at the Bessemer location. I explained that I have an egg allergy and was trying to determine what I could eat. She wouldn't even look at labels on the bun to insure I didn't have a reaction. milo's needs better customer service when it comes to food allergiies.
It's pretty bad when you can only enjoy that messy Milo's burger, hot crispy seasoned to perfection french fries and the best sweet tea ever made once a year. I only make it to Birmingham on average once a year and usually my first stop is at Milo's. Fire everyone on Sunday morning shift at your FAIRFIELD LOCATION! It took them 4 tries to get our order right. FOUR! We were given water instead of Sprite and were missing a whole meal. The manager argued with us that she had given us our second order when all she did was take my money for it. When we got it home our cheese burgers had no cheese and half of our fries were undercooked and cold. I have never had such a horrible experience at Milo's....
