Milos in Gardendale has gone downhill. Gave me the wrong food twice. Finally got the right burger an it looks like someone karate chopped it! Will not be back until they get better help.
I encountered the rudest person that I’ve ever seen in customer service. No greeting or smile. She opened the window spouted an amount. We asked if sauce was in the bag, she said, “I guess they put it in there?” When she handed bags and salt through the window, she barely had her hand out the window. I had to stretch and reach to the window because she wouldn’t budge. I work in the service industry and she wouldn’t last 1 hour in our restaurant!
Sat in line for 10 min - spend almost 20.00 and the girl at the window did not utter a word of greeting. When I sat there until she reopened her window, I said I think you meant to thank me as the customer. She just slammed her glass window! So unacceptable and RUDE!
Just waited in the drive-thru line, only to be ignored by the staff, drove around to the window and they just ignored me and walked by without asking me anything. I was waving my hand and they literally ignored me. Unbelievable. So rude. Whoever management is, you should handle your staff. Not the customer service I would want representing my store.

RecommendedShout out to the Milo’s employees. While in the drive thru, the man in front of us was pushing his truck, because it quit running. Before I could get out to help, these three guys came out, even though it was raining. Sorry for the blurred picture, but here they are.
RecommendedFirst time trying Double O sauce. Excellent
It had No taste and too much Milo sauce. I was passing through and decided to try something different. Very disappointed
