My wife was involved in an accident on 635 in Dallas. I called Milner and they were Johnny on the spot. The owner himself handled this calling dispatch and sending one of his top guys on short notice. She was picked up in less than a half hour. Our son was able to get his Mom picked up- the driver was going to run her home and waited till she was safe on her way. I can’t put enough value on the amount of care expressed by everyone I came in contact at Milner wrecker service.
My sister in law was in an accident yesterday and this wrecker service was called by FWPD - the tow driver was so nice and waited for me to arrive so we could move her personal items to my vehicle. He was very nice to my SIL who was quite rattled by the whole experience. I didn't get his name, but thank you for being so kind and patient yesterday (off Heritage Trace Pkwy).
