Dr. Dillard is the worst OBGYN in at Carle and I met several because my doctor ( Dr. Morrison) was never there for us. I had an epidural during my induction that did not work and was in so much pain for over 24 hours and wasn't diliated at all so I asked for a c section, Dr. Dillard made it seem like a 2nd epidural was the only option. As I told her, which she did not listen, the 2nd epidural did not work and ahe tried to convince me to do a 3rd. Convenient Care Plus is a joke. It says on the website they can handle broken bones. There were only 6 patients, 2 MDs, 1 tech, and 3 Nurses who couldn't handle a splint. Ridiculous. Never go there. On the flip side, the ER is amazing. The plus staff is incompetent and lazy.

RecommendedDr. Royyuru really cares about her patients physically and mentally! She has been open to hearing my suggestions about treatment. I have seen her for several years now!
RecommendedI just spent a week here due to a serious infection. All of the doctors and nurses were extremely top notch and very kind. My experience was about as good as one can have being at a hospital for a week.
