I had read your reviews and assumed my purchase would have been handled promptly and with the same courtesy as your rave reviews. Unfortunately that was not the case. My purchase was very minimal and I suppose the service I received was a reflection of of my small purchase. I ordered an item and expected it in 3 weeks as indicated on my sales slip.
