A Great Clean! Very good is the best description for my experience. I was very surprised at the amount of dirt they were able to remove from my carpets. They left my home with the carpets smelling and looking clean.
BEWARE Trip FEE and bate and switch Should've looked them up before I had them over to waste my time. Had a coupon for $16.95 any two rooms inc. free hallway. We live in a 850 sq ft condo. To REALLY clean the carpets it was going to be $176.00, not including the "trip fee" of $10.00! What a joke! The guy was very quick to point out where the tiny little writing was that indicated that there was a trip fee. I told him that we were not going to spend $200.00 and he asked me what I COULD spend!
