I can’t say enough great things about this firm! Daron and Michelle are really detailed and very easy to talk with.
I needed a commercial lease agreement so I contacted Daron Tong and gave him the necessary information for the lease. He said, “$1000.00 should do it”. When reviewing a draft of the lease agreement with my tenant, I did not realize how difficult it was to comprehend the language of his lease. My tenant asked why it wasn’t the standard California Association of Realtors lease agreement used. I didn’t know then, but I know now.
