Dr Miller was taking care of my granddaughter and the results are perfect. She is a straight A student now doing awesome. She does not have to take meds now , because Dr Miller worked with her on how to focus . Thank You Dr Miller we miss seeing you .
If you want someone who will listen and have empathy and understanding of your situation, avoid this doctor. Her staff are great but if you have a schedule to work around or struggle with getting out into public places then this is not for you. I tried telehealth and within one minute of me trying to operate the app and to get the camera on she ended the call. Now I don’t have refills on critical meds and will be changing doctors. If her goal is to help her patients then she for sure failed with me.
Office staff set follow up appt so far out that our child’s prescription ran out. Then Dr wouldn’t provide enough refill to make to the next appt. When we questioned that the dr said just stop taking it now. Office staff unhelpful and unfriendly.
Janet Trogdon and "Dr" Miller are literally awful! They do not care about you and do not want to help you with your mental health issues. They will literally cut you off and not listen when you are trying to explain to them the issues that you are having. I literally left my final appt (because I will never be going back) 3/22/22 crying because of them. I would not recommend her as a psychiatrist, she doesnt care what’s wrong, or if you want to change meds bc they don’t work, and her office staff is horrible !! They will lie to you just to get you off the phone. They do not function correctly! They do not care if you don’t have rides to get medicines and they will cut you off and let you withdrawal
I was 10 minutes early for my first visit but was turned away because I was supposed to be there 30 minutes early. No option to finish the paperwork later, just sorry can't see you because you weren't early enough. Waited two months for the appointment.
Don't miss a single appointment. Not one. I'm not usually a bad review writer, but this situation frustrated me. Sorry for the ranting tone of this review. I've been seeing Dr. Miller since 11/18. Appointments were once per month up until recently. I arrived for seven appointments, on time and often early. I would wait 5-15 minutes to see Dr. Miller, but I know that's the norm for doctor's offices. My last appointment was in June 2019, and we scheduled one for December 10, 2019. I've been a patient of Dr. Miller for over 3 years. I highly recommend her. She's professional and warm and personal at the same time. She listens and converses with experience, intelligence, empathy and compassion.
I will not recommend Dr. Miller to my family or my patients. I am very disappointed.
