Absolutely abysmal customer "service". The lens of my glasses had separated from the frame, went in to see what could be done. After a curt greeting, almost as if I had interrupted her, the unsmiling woman in the left of the entrance door looked up my file. She bluntly informed me the warranty was up in April, over 3+ months ago. That was it. I stopped in at Miller's this morning, while on the way to another appointment, with an arm of my sunglasses broken. I was greeted immediately and pleasantly. I was referred to Hunter right away and she was very helpful, professional and personable. She explained that they no longer stocked those glasses but if I could leave them she would do her best. I told her that I had spare sunglasses and that I was in no rush and I could leave them as long as needed, especially since I dropped in unannounced not even knowing if they c... read more
