Brought my car in for an interior detail and it looks amazing. A little embarrassing, but my car was a wreck; apple pie stains on the passenger seat, pop spilt on my back seat and more than a few months of neglect were taken care of in a few hours. My car looks brand new and I couldn't be happier with the work and customer service. I'll definitely be coming back.
The employees at this car wash are absolutely amazing. I pulled in to get a car wash and my vehicle started smoking. The guys immediately jumped to my aid and quickly identified the problem. Since I was from out of town, it was imperative I get this resolved quickly. One of the employees took me to a shop to get it towed, but they couldn't get to it until tomorrow. I got the 'full service' wash today and the back had not been vacuumed clearly because there was food (kids) on the floor and the back of my Tahoe (exterior) wasn't touched with soap or rags. Unreal what they charge for the service you get. Not going back. Ever.
3rd time I've been there in the last 6 months and my car is still filthy each time I leave (even though it really wasn't that dirty) I'm not one to complain, but this is pretty ridiculous! The whole 9 yards should be renamed the single yard...Not only were the carpets dirty, they still had salt on them. Carpet and seats were not vacuumed well and they didn't wipe down the insides of my doors or center counsel. I tried to give you the benefit of the doubt, but you lost me as a customer for sure!
I was really disgusted when I looked at the lousy job that was done. $21.00 + and I have to do the job all over myself! And why are the reviews from others that did not like the job not shown! As others have said...the outside was great. The inside was another thing! It looks like they used dirty rags to wipe down the seats...and they weren't wrung out so the dirty water dripped down the sides of the seats and as they swished the rags around...it splashed onto the doors... when I called to complain...I was told that I could ... read more
Went to Miller Hill Mall Car Wash today and got their Whole Nine Yards Package. They did an excellent job cleaning my car, and were very nice. I will be going to them for all my future car wash needs!
