Awful customer service! They locked my keys in the car. Scratched my door trying to break in. Left a broken piece off my car in back seat with no explanation. My husband had to leave work to come unlock the door. Very incompetent staff. Wouldn’t even refund car wash. Never go there!!!

I bought the “whole 9 yards” but I think I only got “3.5 yards”
Very frustrated! I spent $35 on a car wash, but the lower portion of the car was still visibly brown with mud. I had them redo part of it-and the workers were NOT happy about it. The inside was also poorly cleaned. On top of that, they somehow turned my lights on in a way that I wasn’t aware of and it completely drained my battery. Had AAA give me a jump, but it wasn’t enough & now I have to buy a new battery. Miller Hill Car Wash cost me over $100 on a car that I am planning to sell. Will NEVER go back!
This is the second time this has happened to me here at the car wash. I bought the works, and when my car pulled around to me I looked in my Cupholders and they hadn’t even been wiped out. I called someone over I asked for a wet rag so I can do it they wiped him down for me what the couple other places and they were done. I've worked in the carwash business for 19 years, and it does get hectic some time when customer vehicles are coming off the line one after another. That being said, I do love my job and I take pride in doing a good job, I treat everyones vehicle like mine. All my co-workers are hard workers, my managers are amazing with the way they train you in, and the owner Mr. Sullivan is hands down the boss I've ever met.
