I shouldn't have to literally clean my car in your parking lot after paying $25 (with tip) to get it cleaned. � Awful. Not any cleaner than I came in with it. Everyone was nice, but they have no idea how to clean.
After a few times of bad washes today was my last straw. Paying $20 for the whole nine yards to somewhat have a bad exterior car wash even. I specifically asked to make sure and vacuum under the car seats(they were unbuckled and free) and to make sure to get the third row. Was told no problem. As I came out noticed many spot on the exterior that were missed down the road noticed they hadn’t vacuumed the whole passenger side of my vehicle, didn’t do under the car seats, didn’t do the third row and the back of the front seats ... read more
Just wanted to say....just came out of wash....there was only one man finishing cars....besides he being so kind...most I have heard....he was the first & only worker that cleaned the INSIDE of the car so well! I left a tip....wish I would have left him more...thanks mister!
Waste of money! Car didn't look any better �did they even vacuum?
I am a long time customer who, with the exception of one time, has been basically satisfied with the car washes I have received. Today, I watched as an older gentleman wiped off the doors and exterior. He took such care to do a good, thorough job. I know that there are some times when they are really busy and rushed, but many of the younger staff seem to be going through the motions and in a race to see how fast they can work. Pretty much paid $20 for them just to do the exterior. They didn't wipe off my dash. The interior doors are all still muddy. And the only thing I asked them to do was my cup holders and they couldn't even do that. Still full of crumbs, couldn't even vacuum it out. Overheard one of the kids working tell someone else how "there just trying to get the hell outta there cause its closing time" could of spent $7 at holiday for pretty much the same.
