This place is a joke. We bought a Suburban in AUGUST. We had issues with them & the vehicle from the day we left with it.. & still, we have yet to receive our memorandum title. THREE MONTHS. We were told it was the former owners out of state bank causing the issues, but now when we call noone will speak to us. My husband is sent straight to voicemails & never gets to speak to anyone to figure out the issue or WHERE our title is. & now I get to go out & purchase our THIRD temp tags. I was there on October 3rd for an oil change and brake job. the technician who drove my vehicle through the wash and back to the front was not wearing a mask despite covid. I left messages for someone and sent emails but had no one return a call or message. I filled out the satisfaction survey and had someone call back but I was at work. returned his call within 15 minutes, left a message asking for a call back and nothing. I will not be returning to this dealership
