Knowledge and friendliness
I purchased a vehicle about a month and a half ago and never felt more played. I was sold a vehicle that had a blownout break caliper, miss bolts from the bell housing and started. Its currently getting fixed (NOT BY THEM) and when I went in to see if the car even had a inspection I never even got an answer. I talked to service and the gentlemen got defensive pretty much telling me not his problem, he then walked me to the sales manager and he wasnt much help to. Don't use Internet Sales......Worked with them for 3 days on truck deal due to being out of town and the sales person not working past 5pm during the week. Set up a time to come to the dealership on Saturday to test drive the truck and work numbers only to get an email Friday that they sold the truck. Nice to know they don't hold vehicles for people that can't come in during the day during the week.......Great Customer Service, not really. 🤬🤬
