Gave it one star because no stars is not an option. I leased a car a few years ago and immediately started getting advertising emails from you. It took several phone calls to get them to stop and now they have started up again. You advertise customer service but then don't listen to your customers when they ask you to stop. No means no. Why can't you see that?
LOVE you guys! Currently driving a loaner. Got into a minor accident - someone rear-ended us. Contacted Miller and shortly thereafter our salesman, Nolan Schmitt, reached out to us! He asked if we were okay even before saying anything about the car! Later this evening, he stopped by our home to ensure we were safe and unharmed. Purchased a used car on Tuesday and check engine soon light came on within 24 hours. Called the next morning and with no cost to me I was able to bring it in and get if looked at. Currently have the car back but light is still on but that is because they had to order s part and than will get it back in and fixed. After the part is in and everything goes well and the light goes off and everything is well I will up my rating. Awesome customer service even though the car light came on right away
