I e-mailed asking about more info, on a 2015 Flex. Scott got back to me quicker than expected. Answered all my questions, through a cpl e-mails back and forth. Went and looked at it, the day after, and picked it up and drove it to work the next day

Iâ??ve been searching for a truck within my budget for a very long time! I was constantly on their website checking out their inventory. I came across a 2017 Dodge 1500 outdoorsman edition. Great car buying experience â?? all from home --- made even better by our salesperson Scott Lindbloom. Scott drove the new car of our choice to our home so we could inspect and test drive it. He used that time to appraise and test-drive our car for trade-in. Scott returned to Miller Ford and we were able to negotiate and finance over the phone and computer. I must say I really was impressed by the staff at Miller. Without fail they were gracious. They were service-oriented. They were respectful. I worked with Steve Halbach. He was personable and patient, with no high-pressure hype. Bob took care of our purchase paperwork, and when he said it would only take 5 minutes or so, he really meant it. We were on the search for a new vehicle, and found a car we were looking for online at Miller Motors. Went in and talked with Jay P who was extremely helpful, along with Bob the finance guy! They did everything efficiently, we were in and out within a hour and a half, drove our new (to us) Ford Fusion home at a great price. It was a great customer service experience from beginning to end. Also, with the purchase of the vehicle we got a complimentary gas grill for Fathers Day which was such a blessing to us!
I've been going to this dealership for years in regards to buying different cars and getting repairs, and it's the preferred dealership for my extended family that is in the area. Most recently, I went there earlier this month to buy a used van after my previous van had suffered some damage and been declared a total loss.
