We came to Miller because we have done business with them for years and they haven't let us down. This time we were looking for a vehicle with some very specific features. Due to inventory issues caused by the pandemic they were unable to locate a vehicle immediately. Great car buying experience. They are actually familiar with the cars they sell and don't employ annoying sales tactics that other dealers do. I got a great price on the car I was looking for and Miller included a lifetime power train warranty on my new Jeep. They were also able to license my vehicle in Illinois for me. Very pleased with my experience at Miller Motors!

Miller Motor Sales and Scott Lindbloom are the best of the best! My Husband & i saw a 2012 Ford Escape online which was loaded with everything we wanted and chatted with Salesperson Scott online. I couldn't get off work the day I saw it online......but Scott went over and above to call me after hours to say it was still available. Next day drove several hours to look at it "In person" and it was exactly as Miller Motors Sales and Scott described. Spent a little over a hour to do paperwork and drove it home! Outstanding, friendly service. Inquired about a vehicle on their lot for lease, it was promptly brought up for me to look over and test drive. Ken Daniels was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and knew specs like tow ratings, equipment etc. With Covid, the dealership has procedures and policies in place and everyone was respectful of your space. Purchased a used 2015 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon from Jay Passey at Miller Motors. They reduced the price to a reasonable amount and then reduced it some more when they found the soft top was missing. Waited 2 hours for financing, but this was due to large amount of sales that day. There was a small problem with the Jeep, but was taken care of before I took possession. In all a great experience, looking forward to work again with Jay at Miller Motors.

Jay did a great job of providing exactly what I had requested with no games. He provided a comprehensive set of numbers days before I actually went to the dealership to help me compare against other dealers. When I arrived on Saturday, an hour before closing, they made the process very swift and simple. I was out of the dealership in 90 minutes with my new car and everyone stayed after closing to make sure everything was right and the experience was pleasant.
