Fair pricing, good hometown dealer with sales people who aren't overly pushy. Love the lifetime warranty that they have with their vehicles, because that's just what you get with a hometown dealer versus factory outlet.

Steve Halbach helped to make our lease trade-in seamless, and it was taken care of in a very efficient manner. We had pretty specific criteria on the van we were looking for, and they had one available on the lot. It was nice we didn't have to wait for them to search for what we wanted at other locations.
