Excellent on all levels....from the front desk staff to the employees who assist you in picking out glasses. Dr. Ellen Miller is the best Optometrist (Eye Doctor) I have ever gone to.

I had my first visit to Miller Family Eyecare on Friday for my yearly exam. What a great group of people they have working for them. From the receptionists/secretaries to Dr. Miller to the gentlemen that helped me pick out glasses. They all went above and beyond!! Sure is nice to feel like a regular customer on the 1st visit. THANK YOU!!
I've been a patient of Dr. Miller's since her practice was on the SW side of CR. Lately I had been thinking of finding a new eye doctor to go to that is back on the SW side of town for convenience but after today's visit, I'm reminded why I LOVE coming here. I brought my son in here for his kindergarten eye exam (he has a lot of anxiety at doctor's offices) and the staff was WONDERFUL with him. Carrie was very kind and patient. Dr. Miller as usual was great as well! I can't thank them enough for easing my son's fear.

Took my 6 year old daughter in for her first eye appointment and it was a fantastic experience! She found glasses she loves and they arrived and were ready quickly. Wonderful customer service and a truly lovely space! I will be switching to them now and hubby can't wait to get in and get his appointment made!! They will be our families eye care provider from here on out!!
