They really took the time to make sure I was comfortable with my new contacts and glasses. Great place!
I was extremely disappointed when I arrived early for a contact check, (First appointment of the day) yet 4 others were taken back to see the Dr. ahead of me. When I approached the desk to ask if I had the wrong appointment time the staff blamed the Dr for taking patients out of order. I was informed it would be yet another 10 minutes an I would have been back to work late I left upset and didn't reschedule. No one has ever reached out to me, offered an apology in any way. Broke my nose pad last night. Went in for help and they not only replaced free of charge, they took care of scratches. Bought some sunglasses and reading glasses here. They are fantastic!

I broke my glasses and they got me in right away to update my prescription. They were very helpful with getting new glasses ordered(and on rush order!) They also gave me a complimentary pair of loaner glasses! Very kind and helpful.
Dr. Ellen Miller is fantastic. I have a specialized issue we are trying to solve and she even called me at home to let me know she would like me to stop by and see if it would work. The whole team is friendly, helpful and fun! I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.
