This review is based upon the dissatisfied service that I received today. I came for an appointment since my primary provider referred my child . There are no signs at the front door indicating that I should call before entering so as some patients were exiting the facility I decided to come in with my child. The receptionist literally scolded me for not waiting outside instructing me that next time I’d wait to get me and my child’s temperature check. We went to see Dr. Nattyv. It was the first visit to the gastroenterologist for my 4 year old. The staff at the reception is friendly. They offer a toy from the treasure chest at the end of the visit. My child loved the little camera toy. Review to be continued when we see Dr Nattyv again in May. Its too early to review the medical service itself at this time.
