SCAM! Miller Brothers in Carrollton Texas is a scam! Our order was placed and the "man" asked us to make the check blank and put it under our mat on a Friday and the grout would be delivered on Monday - shady! Needless to say the check was cashed and grout was never delivered. When I called the company to complain No One called back. Biggest scam I've seen - Please avoid this company.

Not a scam! In response to Anne B., you called on a Saturday...no one works in the office on Saturday or Sunday. Monday, when the message was received, the right actions were taken to satisfy your order. Miller Brothers Floors is not a scam. They never stole or cheated you out of your money. Get over it. You are a perfect example of why Miller Brothers Floors does not do retail. This was a favor to the homeowner.
