The fact that 3 adults cannot live in a 3 bedroom home is so bizarre. So you mean to tell me 3 adults couldn’t live in a house big enough with a room for each???? WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING YOU TO ANYONE, EVER!!
Donna thornburgh is so unprofessional,racist, and rude. She got all offensive and started yelling at me because it hurts her to refund me $150. Clearly its their fault for charging me for something im not at fault with! Would never recommend anybody to rent from them!!!
These people are unprofessional. The apartments are trashy, and damaged before renting they do not fix thing from previous owners or fix occurring problems you have. Apartments have been flooded when it rains and they have yet to fix the issue. Many cases of cockroaches being seen and water damage, holes in the walls, having to put sticks in the windows to keep them from being able to open. On top of that there is too many problems with loud neighbors and the women and men are extremely rude.
Donna is clearly RACIST and had no business harassing that lady in regards to TRASH!! She is ridiculous and VERY disrespectful!!

Keep your money and keep looking unless you want these associates to lie to you 1 month before your lease is up and tell you CAN resign your lease just to get a letter in the MAIL !! Don’t rent from these people. Just got 30 day notice after being told we didn’t need to renew our lease and now we are being forced to movie a month before Christmas. NO COMPASSION. To add they gave a dead line during Covid that forced even more people out of there homes. AGAIN. NO COMPASSION.
RecommendedI have had a very good experience renting through this company. Love my house, and the office is easy to work with. They have a lot of great homes with very competitive rent prices.
