As my first experience at this facility it was not something that would make me want to recommend to anyone else. I came for a pedicure which includes complimentary beverages.3/4 of the way through the pedicure I had to personally ask for a drink because it wasn't offered to me by then. I was never introduced by my nail technician. Upon check out the customer service from the reception wasn't any better. Overall my experience wasn't a pleasant one and I would not recommend going back.

booked an 80 min massage with add on scalp massage. While there-Music didn't work so it wasn't relaxing. I could here everything outside the door. Therapist only did 60 mins & she didn't know about the scalp massage so when she thought she was done I had to tell her we weren't done. Therapist blamed front desk and front desk blamed her. No one seemed concerned that I was let down, and they even tried to charge me for the 80 mins! This was my birthday and it was sad. I'll try somewhere else next time.
I was gifted the spa Midtown Paradise Package from my boyfriend and I had five hours of amazing pampering. Bentley gave me a relaxing massage. Sean gave me an amazing shampoo and style. Carol gave me a rejuvenating facial. And Lan gave me a beautiful signature mani pedi. This was my first time here but it definitely won't be my last. There's no way they could've made this experience any better. Thank you!
I have nothing but rave reviews for Millennium at Midtown. The staff are courteous and professional, and go out of their way to make sure your experience is a positive one. I've had my nails done, pedicures, facials, and massages - all have been wonderful, and I have been a customer of theirs for years (since they opened). I can highly recommend them! Tammy, one of the owners, is the best!
I had a wonderful experience yesterday while getting a pedicure and a full set. However, the lady who checked me out I fee could I've been a bit happier. She wasn't rude by any means, but there was no smile and no conversing. Just took my card and sent me on my way. Idk if she was just having an off day, but seeing as how they are the first person you see when you walk in and the last people when you leave, I feel they should be a bit more cheery.
It was a relaxing atmosphere but there were a couple rude employees that were rough and my nails didn't look very good. They charged more than they originally quoted. Even though beer was on the menu they didn't serve it anymore....
It's been years since I had a haircut due to bad experiences I had. I've been watching Millennium for a while on Facebook and I really loved the cuts Sean did on his clients. I messaged him privately and he scheduled me to get a cut and color. I can't express how happy I am with my new color and cut. He did such a wonderful job. He put my fears at ease with him upbeat personality. You can't help but want to give Sean a big hug.
