I’ve been going here for years. Today was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The nail tech was annoyed that I didn’t want on to use the drill to take off my gels, and then came back annoyed after a few minutes smelling like cigarettes so bad I almost had to leave. He was very rushed, got base coat all over my skin, then gel Polish on my skin, which he tried to file off. He was rushed, annoyed, and sloppy. My nails look like crap.
My experience is always great. Ask for Samantha, you will love her.
