I have been coming to this salon for a while and love the service i receive from Christine, she is always professional and on time. If there is ever a change she contacts me in a timely manner, she always has my wine ready and great service is rendered. My nails always receive compliments and my Gel mani and pedi's last way past the 2 week time frame.
I try to go as often as I can with my hub. I love the service of the technician Kristine which is very clean, professional, kind, and always try to accommodate my schedule needs. She is a 5 � person!!! Keep it up Kristine!!!
I just wanted two facials for me and my girlfriend. I may not look well dressed but I felt very judged and I like to spend money on quality service. I hate bad customer service at a well known spot. My girl was just looking st the nail polishes and the workers were looking at us. Not only that the lady that helped us went back over to her and you know kept asking if she needed a mani pedi but I could just tell by the vibes and eye contact and felt uncomfortable. You guys need to work on that please cause that killed my vibe.... read more

Alex my techinician called in sick today. Had appt with her and even though she has my phone number she never called me. This is third time. Professionalism is not her middle name. FIRE her and give the job to someone who does want to work.
