the girl doing my daughter's pedicure was terrible.. never cut nails just filed them, put oil on legs without rubbing in and did a terrible job painting them. both of us had our feet in cold water.. mine was worse that he rubbed my foot so rough that he rubbed of the skin and I was bleeding and now my foot hurts.. they gave my daughter a $20 gift card to come back but still charged us $50 for the pedicures.. I have pictures of my foot.. terrible..

So many bad reviews and they sound exactly accurate. I am a licensed cosmetologist and very adamant about customer service. My nail tech was Laura. She was not cordial I had to spark the conversation. A couple of question I asked her was how long has she been a nail tech if it's relaxing to her. Booked appointments are not honored if the tech calls out, customer service when appointments change is not great, and they do not communicate appointment changes with their customers so you end up showing up just to be bumped to the end of the line.
everyone was so nice and professional! They did wonderful work.
My daughter in-law went in there for a special $35 mani and pedi the nail tech asked if she want gel or regular nail polish. and didn't explain that the gel would be more money. the nail tech was on her phone most of the time and didn't do a all of the treaments she was suppost to do. and then when the bill came it was over $80.00 what is this nail polish made of that it went from $35 to $80. this was a bait and switch and I want everyone to beaware of the unethical practices of this business
I use to come here all the time because it was great quality. Just went for the first time in months and it was not the same. My gel manicure started chipping after a couple of days when it normally lasts almost 2 weeks. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else.
