Went for a deep pedicure on Thursday 3.1.18, my nail tech Jenny was amazing! The owner checked me out & clearly had a problem with me paying with the gift card I was given with well over the amount needed for the service. Also said I couldn't use it to tip so used my regular debit card. Gave me my receipt & walked away before allowing me to tip my nail tech. Had to call him back over to tip her. Very poor customer service on the manager's part & of you have a problem with gift cards DONT OFFER THEM! SIMPLE!

I try to only go here when I have an appointment set with Tutu because she is excellent!! When she’s not in and I can’t wait, it’s awful. You will make an “appointment”, but wait at least 30 minutes before anyone acknowledges you. The manager schedules people too close together so everyone is always behind. I would ONLY recommend coming here if you have an appointment with a specific technician.
I've been today. Gel manicure is ok, however pedicure is just horrible. I had to work on that to fix by myself at home after I paid money for it. I go to this spa for many years. It depends who does the work. I would suggest that probably light should be adjusted at pedicure area so it's more visible for your employees to see what they do. It's really frustrating to see what you didn't expect to see. Your customers want to enjoy the result,it makes them feel well then. I wish my advise helps.
I had a wonderful experience with Vy! I had neglected my nails for months, and I left with gorgeous nails. Vy is professional, friendly, and very thorough. I would definitely recommend her.
