Don’t go here if you have an actual life threatening emergency or you will literally die this is not the place 😂 CMS needs to cut off funding hard and fast for this operation they have to be paying off the auditor

I am very new to the area when you walk into this emergency room you are immediately greeted by a friendly guard that politely asks you to take metal items out of your pockets You are immediately greeted by very polite receptionist I was in and out within an hour and a half, which is very uncommon for emergency rooms where I’m from Cannot express how appreciative I am of the staff and the doctor and will be back if I need any further medical assistance!

Worst experience ever at a ER room in Erie County. No compassion or assistance upon arrival. "Dr. Barr" - Zero stars if possible. Disrespected patient. Poor communication, spent more time looking at his phone than interacting with patient. Walked two steps in ER room, plopped into a chair, never introduced himself. After two minute exam, plopped back into chair googled recommendation on his phone, accused patient of being a drug addict and got up and left. Never shared diagnosis. Provided no help, whatsoever. Worst experience at this hospital! I would never return! Started with ER and conflicting reports from 2 doctors and led to a stay that had so many errors and miscommunications. I had one great doctor once I was admitted as a patient (Dr Bambino) that came in and tied together why I was told differing reports, but he alone could not outweigh what I experienced as a whole and gain back my trust with the LECOM system!
