RecommendedJust wanted to say that the maintenance folks here are awesome, Clark usually helps us out with issues and is so personable and great with our dog and even makes sure to see if there is anything else we need while he is there!
We’ve had issues since we moved in here just a few months ago - Poop on the laundry room floor for months and never cleaned up, electrical issues, asbestos and construction and mold issues, non-residents partying at the pool, etc. We had breaker issues for months that just now got fixed (moved in end of June and they just recently replaced the breaker in mid-late September). I have toured this property once before and was not a fan of the poor customer service nor the overall experience of my visit...I have also heard from friends that live in this community that the maintenance team is lacking in attention to detail as well as follow-through.
Please call the police on and evict tenants that attempt to murder people at churches! Please fire building managers who don't want to do this! Thanks!

I just want to thank Clark Gilson for all he does! He’s absolutely amazing... which is surprising because the maintenance sucks here lol. As soon as my roommate and I reach out to him he’s over in a second to fix everything. He’s great. Village club apartments would be nothing without him!!!

Maintenance is either slow to respond or just ignores you completely. I reported a leak in my bathroom ceiling on numerous occasions and was repeatedly ignored. The ceiling is now collapsing (see picture) and I still can’t get ahold of anyone who can tell me what’s going on. There have been so many issues here and things are constantly broken (gates, pool, elevators, hot tub). Half of the amenities you pay for have yet to be functional in the 16 months I have lived here.
RecommendedEveryone is very nice here but I have not had a maintenance person come since I moved in. Some clear issues when I moved in 2 weeks ago. The pictures online are not at all what you are getting. The place could be really nice but I think they just don’t have the Maintainance people to make it happen. Some clear things could be changed but they just sit there. Also, make sure you don’t live near the dumpster. Pics above are very typical
