This has to be one of the worst apartment experiences I have had. I'd encourage anyone thinking about moving in here to find other options. Their sales are might not be totally fraudulent, but its pretty close. When I moved, they offered me a $500 signing bonus. I am less than 2 months from the end of my lease and have still not received the money they owe me. The management has been less than helpful, slow to return calls or emails once you have moved in. Not only do I feel like I live in the best building in Minneapolis, but when I tell other people I reside here, they share the same sentiment as well, based on what they've heard by way of word of mouth. This isn't just because of the modern design, prime location and luxury amenities of the place. It also has a lot to do with the first-class leasing office and maintenance personnel, who all go out of their way to assist residents, even if it technically falls outside their departmental responsibilities. Last week, it was brought to my attention that my previously deposited rent check from Jan. 2016 was deposited again. As you can imagine, this has caused an extreme inconvenience to my finances. I have been patient with your management team. Unfortunately, your process and team for handling this mess has over promised and under delivered.
