We suffer at Mill Crossing Condo Association community of marijuana and heavy cigarettes smoking INSIDE some units all night long , because they have right to do whatever they like . The air is enough of chemicals from Canada fires! Can you imagine that you can not breathe inside the unit and outside too !? Despicable place.
It is beautiful place to live! BUT Looks like Buildings are collapsing , dirt , smoke of cigarettes and cold . There is heat problems at least a few years. No heat in winter ! Advocate Property Management and Association does not want to replace old water boiler for heating building. Inside in units 52-62F when outside is 6-10F. So residents pay all year round assessments and it is included heat and gas. But association doesn’t provide heat , so residents use their own portable electric heaters to warm up their own properti... read more
