It is beautiful place to live! BUT Looks like Buildings are collapsing , dirt , smoke of cigarettes and cold . There is heat problems at least a few years. No heat in winter ! Advocate Property Management and Association does not want to replace old water boiler for heating building. Inside in units 52-62F when outside is 6-10F. So residents pay all year round assessments and it is included heat and gas. Very poor management. We have been homeowners for over ten years. It was a nice place to live but for the last two years it has been a mess. The HOA doesn’t pay attention for the maintenance of the buildings, for the last months we have had problems with the heat and hot water. In January 2024 we did not have heat during some days, in fact we had ice in the wall, Advocate representative was so rude and she told me that we need look for a plumber instead we explained her that I did not have problems in my pipes.
