It took me a while to come up with the words to write this review. We first used Quakertown Vet when we needed to have surgery with our female canine, Bella and had an amazing experience. The surgery went well, all procedures were explained to us and Dr. DeNardo was a very experienced vet. The second and third time we used them was for our male canine, Buster, after he started having seizures. These two emergency vets were again, amazing and very knowledgeable. Was treated so well, very professional and caring staff. Was worried about my kitty and wheezing unexpectedly. They were concerned and gave me the first morning appointment. Was very grateful.... Will recommend Quakertown for certain!
Seems like a nice facility. Dr. Jacquelyn McCutcheon was very quick to diagnosis my pet's problem and in explaining everything. Very nice and helpful. Vet techs on duty also very compassion and helpful. One woman who worked at the front desk was a total b----! (Wish I had gotten her name. ) Very rude and totally uncaring or helpful. She seemed to be "the supervisor" of the front desk. Not only was she totally rude to me upon arrival, she was very rude to a gentleman as I was leaving.
