Great experience I was very pleased with my experience at Nissan in Milford. My sister referred me after she purchased her car. I went there a couple months ago and received excellent customer service. Great Experience and Great Group of People! This was not my first time buying a car from Milford Nissan, and both times have been extremely pleasant. Easy and Fair - what more could you want? From the moment I got there until I picked up my car, it was a relaxing experience. NO pressure that you usually see at a dealership. Very little haggling on price - a fair price was agreed upon very quickly by both sides. Bill Shaw was great in helping me pick the car I wanted and communicating with me throughout the process. I would recommend this dealership and Bill wihtout reservation!

Service The service that I received at Milford Nissan was excellent. Murdoch McAvery was very informative about the service that was needed for my vehicle. He was knowledgeable and patient in explaining the repairs in terms that I could understand. When I brought the vehicle to the dealership, another service agent whom I believe may have been Adam Majkut was great in allowing me to leave it there even though I had no appointment and the service area was extremely busy.
What a great experience! Norman was so helpful and knowledgeable about all the features of the vehicle I bought. It was a great experience as car buying goes. I could not have asked for better service.
